Happy Sunday to all visitor.....idul-fitri is about now already in 6 days leaving
I've build a few type of DIY Ultrasonic Mist Maker...even though the design is not perfect or robust for end product, at least this can be used and achieve the objective of ultrasonic mist maker
The Ultrasonic Mist Maker come with a number of head...more head means of more mist will be generated. More head come along with price. Get your budget and size of room to supply first before purchasing this Ultrasonic mist maker
Below is the 1st prototype of the Mist maker container. Technically, i'm choosing the small size of container to control the mist from scattered surround where the fan will blow with a huge of mist out from the container.
Below is the 2nd prototype where i'm selecting polytank as a container. This purposely to avoid running out of water in the container when the main water source is out from supply
The 3rd prototype is where i'm choosing the mid size of container. You can observe improvement for fan location which located a bit away from the container to avoid the contact between mist and fan. This prototype designed for water source come from side of container.
The 4th design is much better and i can say the best design after a number of improvement has been made. The improvement is done on the container size, water level sensor, fan location and ultrasonic head. Beside, i'm more interested to use the 135 degree PVC shape instead of T-Type.
Enjoy the photo. Maybe the next post will be what inside the container.
Hi, love your work.
ReplyDeleteWonder if this would work for the entire house vs just one room with mist output pipe direct injection into the furnace output ductwork (rust issues maybe?). What do you think of that?
Thanks
